How it Works

  • Select Your Cupcake Bar Package

    • Our packages are based on the number of cupcake bases you’d like.

    • The minimum order is 25 cupcakes, with additional increments of 25 available.

    • Each guest customizes their cupcake from start to finish!

  • We Handle the Entire Setup

    • We provide everything needed for a seamless and stylish cupcake bar, including:

    • A beautifully arranged cupcake station (table, display setup, and serving essentials)
    • Plates, napkins, and utensils
    • A variety of cupcake bases, fillings, frostings, toppings, and drizzles
    • Hundreds of delicious combinations to choose from!

  • Stress-Free Service

    •We arrive 45 minutes to an hour before serving time for setup.

    • We stay to serve your guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.

    • Once the party concludes, we handle the cleanup, so you can relax and enjoy the event!

Cupcake Bar Pricing

  • Base Package Pricing (Includes 25 Cupcakes)

    • Starting at: $162.50

    • This is based on a rate of $6.50 per cupcake, aligning with Nashville’s market rates for custom cupcakes.

    • Additional Cupcakes: Add extra cupcakes in increments of 25 at the same rate of $6.50 per cupcake.

  • Hourly Service Rate

    • $50 per hour

    • This rate encompasses setup, interactive service during the event, and cleanup afterward.
